We can only achieve our vision in partnership with those we work with.<br>We want to support you to meet the same aspirations we have as a responsible business . The topics of our Sustainable Procurement Policy have been created to reflect these ambitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>The Duchy also has specific commitments around reaching net zero, improving biodiversity, and delivering social impact. This will take some time and consideration, but there are help notes and other support available.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For topics where you do not comply (cannot answer \u2018yes\u2019), consider how your organisation might work towards doing this.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For suppliers with annual spend\/ new contracts above \u00a325k, agree a timescale with the Duchy of Cornwall to comply with any gaps in the Minimum Level topics, and work towards doing this.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle\" id=\"ub-content-toggle-154d5242-a387-47e4-ba13-5938b96c0895\" data-mobilecollapse=\"false\" data-desktopcollapse=\"true\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion\" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-block-\">\n                <div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title-wrap\"\" aria-controls=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-0-154d5242-a387-47e4-ba13-5938b96c0895\" tabindex=\"0\">\n                    <p class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-title ub-content-toggle-title-154d5242-a387-47e4-ba13-5938b96c0895\"><strong>What are the questions in the survey?<\/strong><\/p><div class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-toggle-wrap right\"><span class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-state-indicator wp-block-ub-chevron-down\"><\/span>\n                    <\/div><\/div><div role=\"region\" aria-expanded=\"false\" class=\"wp-block-ub-content-toggle-accordion-content-wrap ub-hide\" id=\"ub-content-toggle-panel-0-154d5242-a387-47e4-ba13-5938b96c0895\">\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Survey questions are about each of the 34 areas described in the <a href=\"https:\/\/duchyofcornwall.org\/assets\/images\/documents\/sustainable-procurement-policy-(approved-nov-2022).pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">policy<\/a>, under the five Duchy critical success factor headings of Governance; Reputation; People; Sustainability and Viability. They are all related to the aspirations we hold of acting as a responsible business.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>There is a \u201cyes or no\u201d question about each item in the policy (e.g. Does your organisation gather customer feedback, and act on it?\u2019 Yes\/ No). For some topics, there is a filter question to clarify whether it applies to your organisation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>You will not be asked to give evidence for your answer but can make comments if you wish.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Questions are grouped into two levels: 17 Minimum (Basic) Level, and 17 Higher Level which are more aspirational. For areas where we do not fully comply, there is awareness of this and discussion around working towards compliance where possible.
