This question is about checking that goods or services reaching customers are of a high standard, for example by carrying out checks and inspections, or asking for feedback. Consistently high quality products minimise waste and the need to correct defects, and can also increase customer satisfaction and loyalty. <\/p>\n\n\n

Answering yes to this question means that your organisation makes checks on the quality of the goods and services it offers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For smaller organisations this might for example be via following up with customers or spot checking goods for quality. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For larger organisations this can for example involve feedback programmes, inspection programmes, tests and audits. <\/p>\n\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
