(Scope 1 and 2)?&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>This question is about being able to put a figure on your organisation\u2019s greenhouse gas emissions, which contribute to climate change. Some of these are free.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To measure scope 1 and 2, you may need to get together some information about fuel and energy consumption at your organisation. Typically this will include:\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Consumption of gas, petrol, diesel, other fuel sources and electricity used in your buildings and vehicles&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The free calculators mentioned below are based on the standards of the <a href=\"https:\/\/ghgprotocol.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Greenhouse Gas Protocol<\/a>, which is the main body for setting GHG emissions standards.&nbsp;These use different approaches but have a similar goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/measure.small99.co.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Small99 Carbon Footprint Estimator<\/a>: Simple web form; covers carbon footprint and some other areas.
