Thank you. You have said you are a supplier with annual income or a proposed contract with the Duchy of Cornwall of more than £25K. This means that Minimum Level compliance – i.e. being able to answer ‘yes’ to the Minimum Level questions – is required by the start of your new contract, or within a mutually-agreed reasonable period. For the Higher Level aspirational questions, compliance is desirable, but not a requirement.

Once you have completed the survey, if you haven’t complied with all the Minimum Level questions we will get back to you about agreeing a reasonable time period for this.
Note that for contracts of £100K or more, responses to the higher level questions are assessed as part of the procurement process, with a weighting of 20% of the total score.
